About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Accounting Senior Analyst within our Global Business Services (GBS). This role will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day processing of general accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy in entries, while compiling financial reports and analysis. This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-6 years of relevant experience with general accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and written, is required.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or Chartered Accountant designation
