About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional clinical care. What you'll bring
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Active Iowa Pharmacist license in good standing (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start).
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy regulations, third-party insurance billing, and pharmacy management systems.
- Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- One or more years of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
