About the role
Trigyn's direct financial client has an immediate opening for Social Media Operations Specialist in Montreal, Canada. Our direct financial client is looking for a motivated individual to join core Level 3 Operations team who is interested in supporting cutting-edge social media applications for the enterprise.
What you'll bring
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
- Windows desktop support
- Browser support (IE & Chrome)
- Troubleshooting of services for outage handling and root cause analyses
- Resolving/managing user tickets and escalations
- Problem management
- Proficient communications skills, both verbal and written (English is a must)
- Experience supporting social networking in an enterprise environment, including Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Experience working and collaborating with external vendors
- Experience working with clients (users) to resolve tickets and issues
