About the role

Indiana Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate, organized, and resourceful Case Manager to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you'll help clients overcome barriers to recovery by coordinating services, connecting them with community resources, and advocating for their long-term success. As a Case Manager, you'll play a key role in helping clients successfully navigate treatment and transition into recovery by:

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing case management, care coordination, or direct services in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, mental health, healthcare, or a related human services setting.
• Knowledge of community resources and social service systems.
• Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field.
• Two (2)+ years of experience in residential or outpatient substance use disorder treatment.
• Training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, or Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care.
• CADAC, Indiana Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC), Certified Case Manager (CCM), or other relevant behavioral health certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) standards and community behavioral health resources preferred.
• associate's or bachelor's degree in a behavioral health or human services field preferred.
