About the role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Utility Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support the overall operations and maintenance of our facilities. The General Laborer will perform a variety of manual labor duties, including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, and assisting in the assembly of products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, as well as machinery used in general labor tasks.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and different work environments.
