About the role
BB&E is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented System Administrator / Inside Plant (ISP) Technician to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for telecommunications systems at for NAVSUP in Naples, Italy. This position ensures reliable and secure performance of Inside Plant infrastructure, VoIP systems, and related communications equipment to support mission-critical operations.
What you'll bring
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the operation and maintenance of tactical or commercial telecommunications equipment.
- 3–5 years of experience in VoIP network administration, systems programming, routing, and IT/teleconferencing deployments.
- Security+ and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice certification (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with DoD cyberspace workforce requirements and best practices.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) systems.
- Proficiency in PC operations at the operator level.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances and government access credentials
