About the role

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $85,000.00 – $100,000. Actual salary range and /or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.

What you'll bring

• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in two or more of each of the following areas: • Statistical analysis and data management tools (e.g., Python, SQL, SAS)
• Visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Excel, Power BI)
• Presentation tools (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong proficiency in relational database concepts/query tools (e.g. SQL).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects, change priorities as needed, while maintaining precision and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to produce assigned deliverables within assigned deadlines.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience connecting many types of healthcare data (e.g. payer administrative, EMR, social determinants, patient-self reported) to answer complex business questions.
• Master’s degree in statistics, math, computer science, economics, data science, or related field required.
