The Rental Shop Supervisor oversees daily operations of the ski and snowboard rental shop, ensuring efficient guest service, accurate equipment fitting, and a safe, well-organized workspace. This role leads and supports the rental team, maintains equipment quality, and upholds high standards of customer satisfaction. The Supervisor also coordinates scheduling, training, and inventory management to ensure a smooth, enjoyable rental experience for guests of all ability levels. This position is a seasonal position and may have fluctuations in hours worked based upon overall business volumes.
