About the role
As a Team Lead, Talent & Organizational Development, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs and experiences that strengthen leadership capability across Irving Oil.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in leadership development, talent development, organizational development, learning, or a related field
- Experience partnering with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement enterprise-wide leadership development strategies and programs
- Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
