About the role
Serves as a consultant regarding human resources and organizational issues for assigned divisions and departments. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: human resources policy interpretation, employee relations, compensation/benefits and recruitment. Follows through and executes logistical and operational activities required to achieve customer satisfaction.
What you'll bring
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related field (or in process).
- Advanced degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and analytical skills required.
- Knowledge of labor, EEOC and other related laws required.
- This position will require regular travel between the New Brunswick and Somerset Campuses.
- Minimum of three (3) years of human resources experience in multiple areas (i.e., training, employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development) preferred.
- Management experience highly preferred.
- Organizational Development or related field preferred.
