Summary - University Relations Department – Choosing schools to recruit at, campus relations/events, doing interviews, engaging and attracting students/alumni, upholding vendor relationships, data collection, using technology to recruit new talent from different universities/colleges This is a support role, not looking for a recruiter/sourcer/traditional HR coordinator This person will be working with Recruiters/Sourcers but will not be doing the recruiting and sourcing. They will be marketing the value of the resumes, working on candidate and vendor relationships, doing electronic evaluations of candidates, promoting them and holding events.
