About the role

We are looking for a Reliability Manager – Manufacturing Facilities   to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Facilities and based in Newark, DE . This is a fully on-site, in office role .

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated ability to resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
• Proven ability to successfully manage a team with multiple projects to meet deadlines amidst changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
• Able to work efficiently with cross functional team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and active listening).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Power Point, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems ( CMMS) is  required, new system implementation/launch experience preferred
