About the role
This position utilizes instructional design with deep experience in multi-modality curriculum development, performance improvement, digital graphic art, and adult learning principles to analyze, design, develop and evaluate instructional materials and programs. The training delivery methods are varied and can be classroom, web conferencing, ELearning and mobile modalities. Additionally, this position establishes and supports high standards of design and development for the company’s strategic direction, and positively impacts all participating learners’ performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary with a focus on teamwork and flexibility. Additional Skills: Graphic Design a significant plus
