The Clinic Operations Manager directs the day-to-day administrative and clinical support operations of a large outpatient multidisciplinary oncology center, specifically managing the medical and specialty oncology service lines (excluding direct infusion clinic management). This role requires a balance of operational precision and financial navigation to coordinate seamless care pathways across multi-specialty oncology clinics.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or
- nursing required.
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership, operational, and team management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Applicable certifications and licensure required as appropriate for the role.

- Master's degree (MHA, MBA, or MSN) strongly preferred.
- This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
