The Machinist operates and programs computer numerically controlled (CNC) and manual machinery, including grinding and milling machines, to produce and repair high-quality, precision parts. This role requires a safety-conscious team player capable of interpreting complex blueprints and working effectively with minimal supervision.

What you'll bring

• Experience with equipment such as CNC 3-axis, 5-axis, machining, grinding, milling, surface grinding, creep feed grinding
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual dexterity.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical documents, and work instructions.
• Intermediate mathematical skills for measurement, testing, and problem-solving.
• Solid critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring work is consistently precise.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
