About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst specializing in SAP Finance to Manage (FTM) processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on SAP experience with a foundational understanding of finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting. This role will work closely with senior analysts, IT teams, and Finance stakeholders to support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP finance solutions.

What you'll bring

• Basic understanding of SAP Finance (FI) processes, including general ledger and accounts payable.
• Familiarity with how SAP FI integrates with CO, MM, and SD modules.
• Exposure to financial concepts such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within SAP finance and enterprise systems.
• 2–3 years of experience in SAP FTM, FI, or related finance functional areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
• Basic understanding of accounts receivable, asset accounting, or controlling (CO) concepts.
• Familiarity with banking interfaces or third-party financial integrations.
• Exposure to financial reporting tools or dashboards.
