About the role

As Product Manager for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), you will help shape and deliver how carriers, distributors, partners, and policyholders securely access Zinnia’s platform. Working alongside senior product leadership, you will own the backlog and delivery for parts of the identity product area — authentication, authorization, and the user lifecycle — balancing security and compliance with a smooth user experience. You will partner day to day with Engineering and Security to turn requirements into shipped features.

What you'll bring

• As Product Manager for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), you will help shape and deliver how carriers, distributors, partners, and policyholders securely access Zinnia’s platform.
• Working alongside senior product leadership, you will own the backlog and delivery for parts of the identity product area — authentication, authorization, and the user lifecycle — balancing security and compliance with a smooth user experience.
• You will partner day to day with Engineering and Security to turn requirements into shipped features.
• 5+ years in Product Management, with exposure to identity and access management or customer identity (CIAM).
• Bachelor’s / Master’s or equivalent degree in technology or a related field.
• Working knowledge of modern identity standards and protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, and session/token concepts.
• Familiarity with CIAM/IAM platforms and identity providers (e.g., Okta/Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra / Azure AD B2C, or equivalent).
• Understanding of authentication and authorization models (SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC) and common account-security threats.
• Awareness of security, privacy, and regulatory/compliance requirements in a regulated industry.
• Hands-on understanding of API integration, SQL, and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC, technology system interfaces, and data integration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Security in a global, cross-functional setting.
