About the role
Olé Mexican Foods is seeking a motivated BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST to join our Business Intelligence team. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys solving business problems with data and wants to build a career in Data Analyst and Analytics. The successful candidate will assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data platforms. This position will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with real-world manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales data while learning from experienced Business Intelligence professionals.
What you'll bring
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Understanding of data analysis concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
