About the role

Employee Type: Salary Reports To: Project Executive/ Site Director This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Trident Quality Control Program. This includes coordination, training, inspections (Inspect what we Expect), and day-to-day operations to ensure overall compliance with project requirements. This person will participate in and be a resource for the setup, execution, and closeout of the project specific quality control plan.

  • Education/Technical Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or related degree field and applicable commercial construction experience in a role leading teams and/or efforts across several projects.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of Commercial Construction means and methods, project administration, sustainability, and a thorough understanding of industry practices.
  • Experience in working with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Support staff across several projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Must possess the utmost of personal integrity and have the ability to create and lead a culture of collaboration, both internally and externally, in order to maintain the reputation of the company.
  • Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and product data.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract documents.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
