About the role

As the Neighborhood STEM Program Coordinator, you will support the program's successful implementation. This role ensures clear communication among instructors, participants, partner organizations, and internal departments, maintains organized program records, and supports participant engagement.

What you'll bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable with an understanding of community-based youth and student programs.
• Background or interest in STEM fields, including robotics, coding, or data science.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• One to two years of experience with nonprofit STEM programs.
• Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, Nonprofit Administration, or a related field.
• Junior/Senior preferred
