About the role

South Slope is looking for someone in Facilities Maintenance who can help us keep a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for employees, visitors, and members. In this role, you will help maintain the safety, function, and appearance of South Slope facilities by completing routine repairs, troubleshooting maintenance needs, performing preventative upkeep, and coordinating with vendors or contractors when outside support is needed. This position requires daily driving.

What you'll bring

• Mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, and work independently or with a team.
• Basic computer skills for records, reporting, and documentation.
• Safety first mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of facilities maintenance, training, education, or related work experience.
