Banyan Living, a trusted provider of luxury apartment living in the greater Cleveland and Columbus areas, is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills and expertise to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our properties.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability for on-call duties and emergency maintenance as needed.
• technical certifications preferred.
