About the role
We are looking for confident and hands-on Warehouse Team Leaders to join our Great Bear operation in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team to help deliver excellent service for a range of key customers. In this role, you will support the Shift Manager in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard. This is a full-time, permanent position working 4 on 4 off Days 06:00 to 18:00, 40.25 hours per week.
What you'll bring
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
- Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
- A proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
- Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.
