As a UX Business Analyst , you’ll play a key role in shaping digital solutions that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to real user needs. You’ll combine strong business analysis capabilities with human-centred design, user research and usability practices to support successful digital delivery.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience as a UX Business Analyst or in a similar human-centred digital role.
- Strong expertise in user research, design thinking, interaction design and usability testing.
- Experience designing user experiences across digital products and platforms.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary business, technology and change teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio and Figma or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles.
- A collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused approach.
