About the role
Delphi Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential service in Nottingham supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours of concern. We are looking for experienced Support Workers who are confident supporting individuals with complex needs and who understand the importance of delivering consistent, person-centred care. This is a full-time role working a mixture of day and night shifts on a rolling rota.
What you'll bring
- NVQ/RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience.
- Residential care experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
