This is a Hybrid role per Rolls-Royce HR Policy. Minimum of 2 days per week onsite.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Materials Management, or Business Finance, and 5 years of procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management experience
- 9 years of experience in procurement, materials management, supplier cost analysis, or supply chain management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience handling confidential sensitive matters with discretion.
- This is a Hybrid role per Rolls-Royce HR Policy.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience in purchasing of Casting products for heavy industrial applications.
- Excellent working knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures.
- Excellent financial/cost analysis and problem-solving skills when issues are very complex.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain and/or materials management processes
- Strong global knowledge of suppliers and international/domestic activities
