About the role

We are looking for an experienced and committed Master Data Manager to join our global IT team in Oakdale (Minnesota, USA). This role leads master data management across the enterprise and is responsible for both governance and hands-on operational maintenance. The global Master Data Manager plays an essential role in further simplifying, integrating, and automating end-to-end business processes and data flows to increase internal efficiencies and drive business growth. The position reports to the Business Applications Manager – ERP & BI.

What you'll bring

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (both written and oral)
• Proven experience in master data governance on enterprise level.
• Operational experience with master data maintenance in IT systems
• Experience with process automation tools (like Microsoft Power Automate) and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as a subject matter expert.
• Broad understanding of business processes
• Functional knowledge of master data domains (e.g., customers, suppliers, products, prices, assets).
• Strong process mindset and interest in continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Customer-focused, enthusiastic and professional;
• Good communication skills (both listening and presenting);
