What you'll bring

• High School diploma or the equivalent
• Entry level, 0 to 2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related experience
• Having basic experience in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, building operating systems for door entry or fire suppression, etc., or general building maintenance
