About the role

Hatalom Corporation is seeking an Electronic Technician Maintenance to support U.S. Marine Corps training systems at Marine Corps Base Camp Butler. The selected candidate will perform operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and readiness support for training devices including the Improved Moving Target Simulator (IMTS), Stinger Training System (STS), MADIS Desktop Trainer (MDT), and MADIS Virtual Trainer (MVT). This position serves as the site lead responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring equipment readiness, and supporting customer training requirements.

What you'll bring

  • Graduate of a two-year electronics technician program from an accredited technical institute or completion of applicable factory/formal training.
  • Equivalent military or civilian experience may be substituted when approved by the Government.
  • Five (5) years of management experience, including two (2) years managing electronic maintenance operations.
  • Minimum twelve (12) months of supervisory electronics maintenance experience.
  • Four (4) to six (6) years of simulator maintenance experience, including at least two (2) years maintaining complex military training systems, subsystems, or similar devices.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize resources, communicate effectively, and train technical personnel.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), including successful completion of a minimum Tier 1/NACI background investigation.
  • Must complete all required Department of Defense and customer-directed training, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Operations Security (OPSEC) training.
  • Must comply with all applicable security requirements, including 32 CFR Part 117 (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access credentials.
