About the role
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure that all patients are receiving the best quality of care at all times. It is the Practice Manager who is the primary for resolving the majority of patient and employee issues and provides immediate guidance and supervision to all staff. Primary responsibilities include: The reporting structure for this position is dependent upon practice alignment and may report to the Lead OD, Director of Operations, or Area Manager.
