The Agent Growth and Technology Coordinator is responsible for attracting, onboarding, training, supporting, and retaining real estate agents. This role combines talent acquisition with technology enablement to help agents become productive faster and achieve long-term success within the brokerage.

What you'll bring

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in training, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
• Ability to simplify and teach technology to users with varying levels of experience.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Active real estate license.
• Experience training adult learners on business applications and technology platforms.
• Experience creating instructional content, webinars, videos, or training materials.
