The main responsibility of the Senior Manager, Clinical Project Finance is to oversee all Altasciences’ Clinical project set up, customer contract set up, and revenue recognition activities, while working closely with our receivables teams. This includes managing the Clinical Project Finance Analysts ensuring revenue is recorded accurately, working with sales to process changes and updates to contracts, and coordinating with our Financial Planning & Analysis team to provide reporting and visibility into project gross margins and profitability.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of related experience in revenue management, AR, accounting
- 2+ plus years related experience in management
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve situations in a timely manner.
- Must possess strong client services and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
