We are seeking a Manager Consultant to support our clients' AI transformation journeys while contributing to the continued growth of our AI Advisory practice. The ideal candidate combines strong consulting and client engagement experience with a solid product management foundation and a passion for helping organizations leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges. This role is responsible for partnering with clients to understand business objectives, develop AI strategies, and deliver innovative technology solutions. The successful candidate will also apply product ownership best practices to guide solution development, prioritize work, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in consulting, product management, technology, or digital transformation roles, including experience in client-facing environments.
• 3+ years of experience working with data platforms, machine learning, artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, or related technology solutions.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments and collaborating with technical delivery teams.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder prioritization.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions and delivering software products that meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to staying current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
