About the role

VSolvit is seeking an experienced, qualified candidate for a Management Analyst I position with an Active Secret Clearance that will support VSolvit onsite at NSWC, Port Hueneme, CA.

What you'll bring

• Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline and 1+ years directly related DoW experience.
• 1-3 years knowledge or experience in the DoW or Government environment.
• 1-3 years Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient knowledge of Power Apps such as Power BI and Power Automate along with use of tools such as Tableau and SQL.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, documentation, and data management.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• High level attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong data analysis, recordkeeping, and reporting skills.
• Project or Program Management Professional Certification or Certified DAWIA Level 2 or 3 in Program Management.
• 1-3 years of technical experience in support of the DoW efforts to include
