What you'll bring

• safety requirements and issues on construction sites
• Analyze procedures, applying your comprehensive knowledge of standards and practices.
• Licensure: Active P.E. license.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in land development and/or extensive site/civil/heavy construction project management
• design experience and a thorough working knowledge of contracts, safety, construction means & methods, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, & quality control.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability: You can safely climb/navigate ladders, roofs, scaffolding, etc. for inspection activities.
• Work Style: Approximately 20% travel for inspections
• the remainder is focused on analysis and report drafting, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
