About the role
This position will also support the DCQI and the organization through use of clinical expertise in review of concerns regarding the quality of clinical care provided. The Sepsis Lead is responsible for driving the education, clinical implementation and monitoring of the hospital's sepsis program.
What you'll bring
- Current CA RN license with a minimum of 5 years experience in acute hospital setting.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Performance Improvement methods, including Lean, PDSA, data collection and analysis, and report writing.
- Experience in providing training, education, team facilitation and coaching.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills.
- Can develop presentations using data and results to groups with varied needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in an acute hospital quality department.
- Experience in performance improvement, lean project management, and failure mode effects analysis
- preferably in a health-related field.
