About the role
The NDI Inspector is responsible for all nondestructive inspections and test support, as well as all documentation and certification records.
What you'll bring
- High School Degree Required
- NDT/NDI technical training
- Knowledge of welding inspection, aviation/marine inspection or equivalent
- Five (5) or more years in similar position
- Strong background in aviation, marine inspection or equivalent
- Required experience with NDT/NDI technical training
- Strong knowledge in welding inspection
- Demonstrated ability to lead quality teams and collaborate effectively with maintenance leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, preparing reports, and coaching personnel
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain objectivity during inspections.
- High level problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work with various levels of personnel including senior leadership
