About the role

We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. A skilled craft worker is an essential cog in the wheel of any Superior Construction project. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects. Your role within the company will include participation in site safety, protection of the environment, and construction of exciting and challenging projects. This is field based role. Employee will be working on heavy civil and highway construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. This is a full-time position. This position will occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Average +/-50 hours per week.

What you'll bring

• Applicant must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts.
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Required Education and Experience
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
