About the role
: The Program Manager is the primary face to the customer. and shall be responsible for the overall contract performance. Includes identification of business opportunities and support of existing developmental efforts. Program Manager is familiar with Industry and Government Agencies and develops relationships to further company growth.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution plus ten (10) years related experience
- 8+ years' direct experience working with Federal Government customers
- Experience leading customer engagement, technical management and business development
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills.
