The New Home Sales Consultant is responsible for generating sales, guiding prospective buyers through the purchasing process, and achieving established sales goals while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
• Active Florida Real Estate License.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales technology platforms.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• This is an on-site position working in a model home and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area.
