In the heart of Central Ohio, Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge facility in Pataskala. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. The Vice President of Sales will lead Illuminate USA’s sales organization and own top-line revenue performance across strategic customer channels. This role is responsible for driving new business, negotiating high-volume supply agreements, and ensuring customer commitments align with production capacity and delivery schedules. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will establish a disciplined sales approach, oversee pipeline development and forecasting, and build the structure needed to support sustained regional growth. As the organization expands, this leader will scale the team while continuing to lead complex negotiations and drive overall sales performance.

What you'll bring

• 15–20 years of marketing and sales experience
• Minimum 5+ years of U.S. industry leadership experience
• Proven track record of revenue ownership and team leadership
• Experience negotiating complex, high-volume supply agreements
• Strong background in forecasting, contract negotiation, and pipeline management
• Experience working in or alongside manufacturing-driven organizations
• Experience within the solar or renewable energy industry
• Experience scaling a regional or national sales organization
• Direct OEM solar sales experience
