Job Title:  Prep Cook Department:  Food Service Status:  Hourly $18-$19, non-exempt, Full Time Reports To:  Food Service Manager The Prep Cook supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with meal production. This role ensures food is prepared safely and efficiently while reflecting the mission and values of Tonto Rim through teamwork and service.

• Friendly and professional demeanor, even under stress.
• Possession of a current Food Handler Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• One year of experience in institutional or commercial cooking is preferred.
