About the role
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on and technically capable Robot Service & Support Engineer . You will serve as a technical contact for customers, performing deployment, operation, and physical repairs of our robotic systems. This role is a unique blend of digital troubleshooting and hands-on electromechanical service and repair.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical or robotics-related service and support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with basic electrical circuits, hand tools, electromechanical troubleshooting, log analysis and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, or PLC logic).
- Problem-Solving: A "tinkerer" mindset with a strong desire to take things apart and understand how they work.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
