About the role

As the Lead Clinical, you will be responsible for ensuring superior clinical operations, driving staff performance, and facilitating a positive patient experience.

What you'll bring

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of recent experience in a clinical role
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and clinical staff.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and medical software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and best practices in patient care.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is a plus.
• completion of a formal medical assistant program is preferred.
• ideally within a dermatology or cosmetic practice.
