About the role
Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
- Candidates must be able to comply with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA Standards.
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
