At Anteris, we're looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team and serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients' technology needs. This role is at the heart of what we do: helping organizations operate securely, efficiently, and reliably through exceptional technology support and expertise. As an IT Support Specialist, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, technologies, and environments. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, support users and systems, and help ensure our clients can focus on their businesses without technology getting in the way. We're seeking someone who is passionate about technology, committed to continuous learning, and eager to grow their expertise through hands-on experience and professional certifications. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates emotional intelligence, and approaches both teammates and clients with humility, professionalism, and respect.
What you'll bring

- Basic DNS and domain concepts
- Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support
- Remote access and remote support tools
- User account provisioning and password management
- Basic Group Policy concepts
- Storage and backup technologies
- VMware and virtualization fundamentals
