Our client's mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. They were founded in 2012 and have been revolutionizing the real estate industry with their end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients. They are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join them in their Flower Mound, TX office. Office Location: Highland Village / Flower Mound As the Receptionist, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of our offices. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our office standards are being maintained.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer’s pain points
- Be technologically savvy!
- Experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
- Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
