About the role

You will be assisting the warehouse manager to ensure customer's needs are met. Looking for someone skilled in the use of computers, basic data entry, and exceptional communication skills. Forklift experience is required. Entering and closing receipts and shipments Entering accurate data into metrics Communicating with multiple Customer Advocates and trucking companies to answer questions concerning shipments Update WMS other applicable systems as needed

• Knowledge of Company Procedures.
• Skilled in the use of common office machinery.
• Ability to use warehouse management system to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
• Experience with Excel.
• Ability to work safely, follow safety procedures, and operate equipment safely.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Takes direction from leadership and gets along well with others.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with supervision.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
