This is not a regional or corporate management position. It is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, leading a local team, serving customers, and taking ownership of the branch’s results.

What you'll bring

• We are looking for a practical, visible leader who is comfortable moving between the office, sales floor, parts counter, and service shop.
• The right person will understand that successful branch leadership comes from knowing the customers, supporting the team, and staying close to the daily operation.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required
