We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Pipefitter/Fabricator/Welder Trainee to join our team. How your day will look like:

- This role is designed for experienced pipefitters and fabricators who are looking to further develop their welding expertise while supporting fabrication, installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities across industrial piping systems.
- The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in industrial or petrochemical environments, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
- This position offers the opportunity to gain qualifications across multiple welding processes while contributing to critical plant operations.
- Read and interpret isometric drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Perform layout, cutting, fitting, assembling, and installation of piping and tubular systems.
- Support welding activities using SMAW (Stick), GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and FCAW (Flux-Core) processes.
- Work with a variety of materials, including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Incoloy 800, Alloy 20, Hastelloy, and Aluminum.
- Perform piping system testing and ensure conformity with engineering specifications and project requirements.
- Apply butt-welded, socket-welded, threaded, and other piping connection methods as required.
- Translate technical drawings into field installations while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Participate in operational meetings, shift handovers, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with company and EHS requirements.
